Great lighter, not perfect
I am a pipe smoker and this works great. The tamper is very useful. There is a tool at the bottom for punching a cigar but the other tools are more for pipe. On complaint is the spoon and poker. They are too short to be useful. Unlike similar pipes with tools these two can only come out to 90deg. The tamper wraps around them. They are not long enough to reach the bottom of my bowl. It lights every time and has a nice pointed flame. I did remove the safety on mine, it hurt my thumb, as it is rough

Decent Lighter - but with Confusing Features
Purely as a lighter, it is good. The flame strength is low to mid, but has a good adjuster. It has a good fuel tank capacity. It has decent construction quality for being entirely plastic. And it's nice to see Zippo continuing to develop new products for the Ronson brand. However, marketing this as an "all-in-one cigar lighter" is a bit odd considering the nifty tool set is for pipes, not cigars. It does have a punch cutter, that at least gets the job done despite being cheap, but that's about it as far as cigar-specific gizmos. Many other competitors marketed for cigars have features like cigar rests, or long draw pokers. The ignition switch is a tad annoying to have to actuate a safety button first, but it's not too bad. Also, you'd think given the seemingly ergonomic appearance that it would be more comfortable to use, but it really isn't. Overall I'm not disappointed in the product, nor impressed. I'll be keeping this one around for occasional use.
