Ordered the zippo butane pipe insert, recieved the zippo butane insert (normal) instead. Contacted them, showed pictures, they told me to keep the wrong item and sent the correct one out the same day. No complaints.
It's good, 2nd one I got. Doesn't leak. Checked with my Robinar ultrasonic.
The yellow flame butane pipe insert is of poor design. You will burn your thumb significantly because the button has to be depressed the entire time for the flame to stay on. The flame is waay too close to the button. I cannot recommend this product. . . unless you like a scorched thumb.
