I love this Device so much. You simply heat up, then put top on to read temp desired. Never heat while on top with therm cap. You can use other for that and switch. The results are perfection. Experience control and work your way down tempatures or up for a function you enjoy most. 10/10 Easy to use and can't ser myself without it. Just becareful do not wet therm reader with alcohol. Keep silicone on for spin. Add pearls before dab.
