Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from this company. The product arrived in a visibly dirty and unhygienic condition. The packaging contained dirt, debris, and contamination, which is completely unacceptable for a product intended for inhalation. I reported the issue immediately upon delivery and provided photographs as evidence. The seller initially agreed to provide a credit refund. However, I requested a refund back to my original payment method because I no longer trusted the product or the brand after receiving it in such poor condition. Almost a week later, the seller asked me to return the item. By that time, I had already disposed of it due to the serious hygiene concerns and because I had already reported the issue and received confirmation that a refund would be provided. After that, the seller stopped properly addressing my concerns and failed to resolve the matter satisfactorily. Very poor customer service and a disappointing overall experience.
