Does the Vertigo Hornet work at high mountain altitudes?
Yes! The Vertigo Hornet is specifically engineered and tested to ignite reliably at extreme elevations up to 12,000 feet above sea level.
How do I use the built-in carabiner clip on the Hornet?
The spring-loaded carabiner loop is built directly into the base/body of the lighter. Press the clip arm inward to hook the lighter onto backpack straps, belt loops, keychains, or gear lanyards.
What makes the ignition child-safe?
The Hornet utilizes a dual-action or firm-pressure trigger mechanism designed to prevent accidental firing by requiring a specific force and thumb motion to ignite the torches.
What butane should I use to refill the Vertigo Hornet?
Always use high-purity, triple-refined (or higher) butane gas to ensure clean combustion and prevent the four torch nozzles from clogging over time.

no regardI had ordered from this firm many times. I purchased on several occasions getting torches for myself and friends during the holidays in the past. Be advised, in the event you place an order that does not arrive. And they tell you to wait because of the holiday traffic and three more weeks go by you do not have your order, feel free to complain again about it. But you get no reply, and no regard for redress of any kind. This is because in my opinion Lighter USA wants you to know you can go F**k yourself
