FAQ

Questions, answered

Still stuck? Send us a message or call 888.575.4460.

What type of butane should I use to refill the Vertigo Dagger?

Always use premium, triple-refined (or higher) butane gas. Low-grade butane can clog the delicate torch nozzles and cause misfires.

How do I access the built-in cigar punch?

The retractable cigar punch is stored at the base of the lighter. Simply pull or flip the metal loop outward to expose the circular punch cutter.

Does the Vertigo Dagger work well at high altitudes?

Yes! The Vertigo Dagger is tested and rated to ignite reliably at elevations up to 9,000 feet above sea level, making it a great option for mountain trips.

How do I adjust the flame height on the Dagger?

Located on the bottom of the lighter is a large, wheel-style flame adjuster. Turn toward the (+) symbol to increase flame height or toward the (-) symbol to decrease it.

I have not received the Vertigo Dagger lighter as of this time frame? give it four and a half stars> can't rate the Dagger until i get to fire it up,and honestly, I'm quite anxious and very excited and honestly, having terminal aml for over 3 plus years, it's the small thing now that seem to really be awesome and so honored to enjoy the little stuff before God snuffs out the life light on ya.
