Used Lighter

It was obvious that the lighter had been used. The plastic tank was scuffed and covered with oil/sweat from someone handling it. It also was like 3/4 full of butane (which I think you are not supposed to ship lighters filled) so it had been filled and used. To top it off, one of the four jets never fires, and the adjustment knob must be damaged because if you try to set the flame at anything other than full blast the lighter dies. I will not be buying anything from this company again.
