Decent Lighter - Bad Cutter
Good quality lighter with thoughtful features and design, but with a poorly performing guillotine cutter. Hard to recommend at this price. Burners are good quality - angled in towards each other to a good point. Good output. Reliable ignition. Good cover. Thin profile fits nicely in the pocket. Odd body shape to accommodate certain features detracts from visual aesthetics. Cutter slides smoothly, not too poorly thought out. Cutting ability of cutter is poor. Mangled an AJ Fernandez New World Cameroon. Did subsequent tests to try to find a good technique to get the cutter to cut well to no avail. Fuel view window oddly shaped but functional. Flame selection wheel small and protrudes but works well.
